Ben Strode ‘24 speaking with an organization at this year’s Fall Networking Event on
Wednesday, October 20. Hosted by Career Services, students had the opportunity to
meet and network with representatives from a whole host of organizations across a
diverse number of fields. “Our main goal is just to get students connected and
thinking about their next career steps, whether that be an internship, full-time,
or a graduate school program,” said Emily Hall, Associate Director of Professional
Development.

professional landscape at the networking event. “We tried to make it slightly more
conversational this year,” said Hall. “This is really about making those connections.
We have a lot of alumni here, so just getting your name out there and really getting
comfortable talking to new people in a professional environment is important.”
