Wabash students and community members gathered in Salter Hall on December 8, 2023, for the Malcolm X Institute’s annual Xtacy poetry slam event. With smiles, laughs and dancing aplenty, the event saw six students and one community member compete for the $350 first-place prize. Joseph Harris emerged victorious, with Will Lyons ’26 claiming second and Jonah Billups ’25 placing third.
